The 15th century is the era this committee takes place, which is the peak of colonialism. This committee is our new addition to the crisis committees in SNSMUN and it discusses countries borders and expansion using imperialism. This committee includes power-hungry leaders striving to widen their empire, colonies trying to regain their lost land, ethnic groups whose homes have been taken away and are forced under foreign rule, and explorers traveling the world and sailing the seas to discover new riches and resources.
